Important tips for preparing thesis from the writer


A)        Identify an area of interest such as Language teaching and learning, Language Testing, Error Analysis, Translation, Teacher Development and so on
B)         Read the list of proposal and thesis of your department
C)         Conform it to your supervisor
D)        Reflect and explore possibilities for preparing your research- departmental researches, current professional issues, etc
E)         Collect anything that looks useful for your broad area
F)          Review the available literature (here literature refers to anything i.e. previous researches, journals, books, newspapers etc.)
G)        Frame the title
H)        Evaluate the research title from different perspectives i.e. availability of sufficient data, time, energy, patience etc.
I)           Prepare a framework that includes your vision for whole research activity (framework of whole research procedure including research questions. Objectives of study, delimitations, methods and data collection process, way of analyzing data)
J)           Talk to your supervisor, discuss and finalize title
K)        Starts proposal writing focusing on its components

·         Use up to 4 digits in categorizing sub heading for example 1.1.1.1
·         Materials should be typed on one side of the paper
·         Minimum pages for the chapter
·         Sample size (40 for survey, 30 for experimental, 20 lesson plans for action)

देशले चरम रुपमा राजनैतिक संकटको सामना गरिरहेको अबस्थामा सामाजिक अन्यायका घटनाहरुको थुप्रोलाई नजिक बाट नियाल्ने कोशिस गर्दा शिक्षित बर्गले नै सामाजिक अन्यायको प्रमोटरका रुपमा काम गरिरहेको अबस्था देखिन्छ। तर मेरो आशय नपढेका र अशिक्षित बर्गले सामाजिक अन्याय र अपराध गदैनन् भन्ने होइन बरु मेरो आशय के चहिँ हो भने प्रत्यक्ष वा अप्रत्यक्ष रुपमा नपढेका वा अशिक्षित बर्गले गर्नेे त्यस्ता कार्यहरु  शिक्षित बर्गले गर्ने भन्दा कम नै छन्। अझ भन्ने हो भने शिक्षण संस्थाहरु सामाजिक अन्यायको स्रोतकेन्द्रका रुपमा विकशित हुदैछन्।
शिक्षा दिने नाममा हाम्रो समाजमा चरम अन्याय हुने गरेको तितो यथार्थ स्पस्टै छ। किनकि यहाँका अधिकांश नीजि विद्यालयहरुले  गरिब जनताका पसिना मात्र पिएका छैनन् उनीहरुले त त्यस्ता हँुदा खाने बर्गका छोराछोरी माथि चरम अन्याय शोशण समेत गरेका छन्। यहाँका शिक्षित भनाउदा बर्गहरु सरकारी विद्यालयलाइ अन्तिम तिलान्जलि दिने प्रयासमा रहदै  निजि शिक्षण संस्था मार्फत आफुलाई नाइके बनाउन प्रयासरत छन्।  .......................

अनुभबको लागि जागिर कि जागिरको लागि अनुभब

                      


नेपाली समाजमा मूलतः काठमाण्डौमा एउटा योग्यता हासिल गरिसकेको व्यक्तिले भोग्नु परेको ज्यादै मार्मिक र बास्तविक समस्याका रुपमा सडकका गल्लि गल्लिमा जागिरको खोजिमा भौतारिनु रहदै आइरहेको छ । सबैको समान धारणा के छ भने पढिसकेपछि राम्रो जागिर खाने अनि आपm्नो लाइफ स्टायलमा परिबर्तन गर्ने । 

सायद त्यस्तो पढिसकेको मान्छे छैन जो पत्रपत्रिकामा निस्कने भ्याकेन्सीमा अपडेट नहुने । जब उसले आपm्नो योग्यतासँग मेल खाने भ्याकेन्सी देख्छ तब उसले हतारहतारमा आफ्ना कागजातहरु बुुझाउछ । अनि कहिले सटलिटमा परेको सुचना आउछ भनेर तड्पिरहेको हुन्छ तर उसले एक बर्ष वितिसक्दा पनि त्यस्तो खबर प्राप्त गदैन । भने कतिपय अबस्थामा त्यस्तो खबर त उसले प्राप्त गर्छ तर अनुभब नै नभएको भन्दै उसलाई त्यस्तो अबसर प्रदान गरिदैन । एकातिर योग्यता भए पनि व्यक्ति आफु कमम्जोर भएका नाताले रोजगारी हुनबाट बञ्चित हुदैछन् भने अर्को तिर योग्यताको साथै सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रमा बलियो हुंदाहुदै पनि अबसरबाट बञ्चित हुदै आएका ।   

यसले सारा नेपाली शिक्षित बर्गले ग्रहण गर्नुपरेको तितो यर्थातलाई प्रतिनिधित्व गर्छ । यहाँ कयौंले यसप्रकारका समस्याहरु दैनिक रुपमा भोग्नुपरिहेको अबस्थामा पनि सम्बन्धित पक्षले कानमा तेल हालेर बसिरहेको छ।
पत्रिकाका हरेक पाना पानामा निकालिएका विज्ञापनहरुमा अनुभब अनिवार्य हुनुपर्ने भन्ने कुरा उल्लेख गरेको पाइन्छ। यसबाट त आम शिक्षित वर्ग योग्यता,क्षमता भएपनि अबसरबाट बन्चित भहिरहेका छन्। यसले अनुभबको लागि जागिर हो कि जागिरको लागि अनुभब भन्ने विषय हाम्रो सामु गहन विषयका रुपमा देखिएको छ। त्यसमा पनि जति बर्ष काम गर्यो त्यत्ति नै बर्षको अनुभब हुन्छ रे । यो जति गलत र असान्र्दभिक कुरा अरु हुन सक्दैन। एउटा व्यक्तिले दश बर्ष काम गरेको छ तर उसले नयाँ नयाँ विचार, तरिका, सोच ल्याउदैन भने त्यसलाई अनुभबका बर्षमा गन्न नहुने जस्तो लाग्छ।

विज्ञापनमा मागिने यस्तो अनुभबले दुई कुरालाई प्रशय दिने गरेको देखिन्छ । एउटा विभिन्न  संस्थाका नाममा नक्कलि अनुभब पत्र बनाउने र अर्को धुस दिने प्रवृति मौलाउने देखिन्छ ।तसर्थ रोजगार दिने संघसंस्था,सम्बधित निकायले यसबारेमा नयाँ कदम चाल्नुपर्ने नितान्त आवश्यक देखिन्छ। यसकासाथै आम विद्यार्थी संगठनले राजनीतिक दललाई सहयोग हुनेगरी सडकमा टायर बाल्न जाने कि विद्यार्थिको यस्तो गम्भिर विषयलाई उठाएर बहस गर्नु पर्ने आवश्यवता हाम्रो सामु देखिन्छ। होइन भने ठुलो संख्याको योग्यतावान व्यक्तिहरुको समुह फस्ट्र«ेशन हुदै डिप्प्रेशनमा नजाला भन्न सक्ने अबस्था छैन।
