Mr. Yogendra Chapagain: Kathmandu, Nepal; Yogendra Chapagain is an education, research, and development professional with over a decade of experience in designing and implementing education programs across Nepal. With an M.Phil., MA in Rural Development, and M.Ed. in English Education, he specializes in school education systems, inclusive education, teacher professional development, and policy planning. Currently working as an independent education consultant, he provides technical support to federal, provincial, and local governments.
